The ‘Auntie’s’ Faux Face: What’s Real and What’s Not in Real-Life Beauty Blogs

It’s the sort of thing that’s almost impossible to explain without making a joke, but this amateur facial reconstruction, by a makeup artist, has managed to do just that.

The woman in the video above, who goes by the pseudonym of ‘Aung’ has used her Instagram account to post the clip to her page.

The video starts off with her smiling broadly, but as she continues to edit her face, she begins to look slightly more upset.

“I don’t have a face,” she says, before she adds: “I’m a makeup assistant.”

The video has been viewed over 14,000 times, with over 1.5 million views in the last 24 hours.

The clip was uploaded on February 20th, so it’s unclear exactly how many times the artist has uploaded her videos.

Some of the comments on the post suggest that the face may have been digitally enhanced.

But the real question is how many fake faces have been uploaded online by people who don’t know the difference between a real face and a fake one.
